Glenn Pierce began working with North Carolina’s public sector in 1968, providing benefits to school system employees.  Glenn’s integrity, compassion and commitment to excellence filled a void within the public sector, allowing employees to get the benefits they deserved at a reasonable price.  His integrity, compassion and commitment to excellence was, and still remains, unmatched by any other employee benefit broker firm. 

Joined by sons Donald and Chris, the Pierce family established Pierce Group Benefits, LLC in 2001 with the same dedication, honesty and veracity that started with Glenn over 40 years ago.  Today, Pierce Group Benefits serves numerous North Carolina accounts including public school systems, community colleges, private colleges and universities, hospitals, and government entities and services more than 140,000 participating employees.

Pierce Group Benefits’ mission is to provide personal attention, attend to individual needs and small details, and offer the best benefits and prices from the industry’s highest rated companies. We continually evaluate our carriers and their products to ensure that you and your employees receive the best coverage and cost savings.

Located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, our firm includes 20 full-time employees and an enrollment team comprised of over 30 hardworking and dedicated professionals.
