Harmony Online Assistance

1. Complete the following steps to begin the online enrollment process.
  • Go to https://harmonyenroll.coloniallife.com
  • Enter your User Name:  WCS and then your 6-digit Employee ID Number (ex. WCS123456)
  • Enter your Password:  First letter of your first name and then your last name and then your 4-digit birth year (ex. JDOE1965)

Helpful Tips:
  • If you are a new employee and unable to log into the online system, please see the Benefits Representative while he/she is at your school or location or at the scheduled make-up day.
  • If you are an existing employee and unable to log into the online system, please contact the Harmony Help Desk at 866-875-4772 between 8:30am and 6:00pm or speak with your Benefits Representative while he/she is at your school or location or at the scheduled make-up day.
2.  The screen prompts you to create a NEW password [___________________________].
3.  Choose a security question and enter answer [________________________________].
4.  Click on "I Agree" and then "Enter My Enrollment".
5.  The screen shows "Me & My Family".  Verify that the information is correct and enter the additional required information (title, marital status, work phone, e-mail address).  Click "Save & Continue" twice.
6.  The screen allows you to add family members.  It is only necessary to enter family member information if adding or including family members in your coverage.  Click "Continue".
7.  The screen shows updated personal information.  Verify that the information is correct and make changes if necessary.  Click "Continue".
8.  The screen shows "My Benefits".  Review your current benefits and make changes/selections for the upcoming plan year.

Dental  (Choose one of the options and click "Save & Continue"):
  1. I would like to enroll in dental coverage.
  2. I currently have dental coverage but I would like to cancel it for the upcoming plan year.
Select family members that you wish to cover with your dental insurance.  

Vision  (Choose one of the options and click "Save & Continue"):
  1. I would like to enroll in vision coverage.
  2. I currently have vision coverage but I would like to cancel it for the upcoming plan year.   (Note: If you cancel your vision coverage, please be aware that you will not be allowed back into the plan for two years since the benefits are based on a 24-month plan design.)
Select family members that you wish to cover with your vision insurance.

FSA Administrative Fee
Please read and agree to the FSA Administrative Fee. This Fee must be selected in order for you to continue and select your Health Care FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA amount(s)

Health Care FSA  (Choose one of the options and click "Save & Continue"):
Enter annual amount.  MAX $4,000/year

Dependent Care FSA  (Choose one of the options and click "Save & Continue"):
Enter annual amount.  MAX $5,000/year

Cancer 1000
You may enroll online in Cancer 1000 coverage.

Intensive Care
You must meet with the Benefits Representative to enroll in Intensive Care coverage

Disability - NCK1000 (Educator Plans)
You may enroll online in NCK1000, the North Carolina Educator Disability Plan. Note: Employees can not be covered under both a Colonial NC Educator disability plan and Accident Care plan simultaneously.

Disability 1000 (Non-Educator Plans)
You may enroll online in Disability 1000, Colonial's Short-Term Disability Plan. Note: Employees can not be covered under both a Colonial disability plan and an Accident Care Disability Rider simultaneously.

Accident Care (Educator Plans)
You may enroll online in Accident Care; however persons over age 64 applying for coverage and employees wishing to purchase an individual policy for their spouse must meet with the Benefits Representative. Note: Employees can not be covered under both an Accident Care plan and a Colonial NC Educator disability plan simultaneously.

Accident Care (Non-Educator Plans)
You may enroll online in Accident Care; however persons over age 64 applying for coverage and employees wishing to purchase an individual policy for their spouse must meet with the Benefits Representative. Note: Employees can not be covered under both an Accident Care Disability Rider and a Colonial disability plan simultaneously.

Medical Bridge 3000
You may enroll online in Medical Bridge 3000 coverage.

Critical Illness
You may enroll online in Critical Illness coverage; however persons over age 64 and employees wishing to purchase an individual policy for their spouse must meet with the Benefits Representative.

Term Life 1000
You may enroll online in Term Life 1000; however employees wishing to purchase an individual policy for their spouse must meet with the Benefits Representative.

Universal Life 1000
You must meet with the Benefits Representative to enroll in Universal Life 1000 coverage.

Whole Life 1000
You must meet with the Benefits Representative to enroll in Whole Life 1000 coverage.


9.     Click "Finish."
10.   Click "I Agree" to electronically sign the authorization for your benefit elections.
11.   Click "Print a copy of your Elections to print a copy of your elections. Please do not forget this important step!!!
12.   Click "Log out & close your browser window and click "Log Out."
